What is a podcast?

A Podcast is a method of delivering and/or receiving fresh audio content in mp3 format from web sites that offer audio content. Users install a Podcast client program on their local computer and then subscribe to Podcast "feeds" found at web sites offering audio content. The Podcast client checks the feeds on a regular basis for new content, and when new content is made available it is downloaded to the users computer automatically. For example, a user who subscribes to the Vintage21 Podcast will automatically receive the latest sermon each week when we upload it. To subscribe to the Vintage21 podcast, drag the link below into your favorite podcast client (see a list here for non-iTunes clients and clients for Linux). Or enter the feed manually:
